How can I be sure that the candidates will correspond to my needs ?
- All identified candidates are in strict accordance with your specifications. These specifications are established together before the start of the mission.
- All the candidates that you will meet :
– will fit in with the profile, established by yourselves,
– will be aware of your activity, company and job details,
– will be interested in the opportunity.
What happens if you do not find any suitable candidates ?
- We have put in place the « Parteneo guarantee ». Our guarantee reduces the inherent risk linked to a recruiting mission.
How does the "Parteneo Guarantee" work ?
- If we do not find a candidate for the open position, the remainder of the mission will not be billed.
- If the employment contract happens to be terminated during the first two months.
Parteneo commits to start researching for a new candidate.
The exceptions to the clause are as follows : A breach of the employment contract due to a change of the contract’s terms, a modification to the position profile, a change to either the role, the professional environment, the workplace or hierarchical position, the removal of the employment offer, death or any other incident preventing the candidate from exercising a professional activity.

How is a mission billed ?
- Pre-payment (40%) billed at the signature of the quote, the payment signifies the start of the mission.
- Intermediate payment (30%)Â will be billed after we have handed over the report with the complete data concerning the pre-selected candidates.
- Remaining share (30%) billed after signature of the employment contract.
How is the exact cost of this recruitment mission defined ?
- The exact cost of the mission will be calculated, as a percentage of the future employee’s estimated salary.
