How can I be sure that the arranged meetings will satisfy my needs ?
- All identified prospects are in strict accordance with your specifications. These specifications are established together before the start of the mission.
- All the prospects with whom meetings will be organized :
– will fit in with the profile, established by yourself,
– will be aware of your activity, company, and project,
– will be interested in the project.
What happens if you do not manage to find any prospects interested in the project ?
- In order to share with our clients the inherent risk of such a mission, we have put in place the ‘Parteneo Guarantee ».
What guarantees do you offer ?
- If less than 2 business meetings with qualified partners are organized, then we will not bill you the remainder of the mission.
What happens if the meetings are unsuccessful ?
- Our Sourcing work is based on an obligation of means.
- However, we have put into practice a guarantee on our missions, which allows us to share the risks with our clients.
- Unfortunately, it is possible that your offer doesn’t fit in with the market’s needs, or prices are not adapted to the market.

- Pre-payment (50%) billed at the signature of the quote, the payment signifies the start of the mission.
- Remaining balance (50%)Â billed at the delivery of the target identification report.

- Our prices are calculated in the fairest possible way, taking into account the resources of SMEs and ETIs.
- For each one of Parteneo’s missions, a consultant is dedicated to the project.
Is it possible to obtain a reduction if I order a mission on several countries at the same time ?
- The low economy of scale that can be gained from a multi-country mission is counteracted by the necessary amount of organization and uniformization.
- For the reasons stated above, we are unable to offer a reduction for a several country mission. However, our expert consultants will help you define the most interesting countries depending on your needs.
